They’ve been married almost 11 years now, but it still seems as if Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban can’t shake those constant rumors that they’re on the verge of a divorce.

The latest round of rumors, which have already been refuted by Gossip Cop, claim that Kidman and Urban may be on the verge of a divorce after there was “noticeable” tension between them on the red carpet at the ACM Awards over the weekend.

“Lately, their public appearances together have been growing less and less frequent. Whenever they do make an appearance, they appear distant, distracted, and angry,” the false report claimed.

In fact, while on the red carpet for the awards show, Kidman even opened up about how she felt when she first learned her husband’s song “The Fighter,”which was on his “Ripcord” album and featured a collaboration with Carrie Underwood, was about her.

“I remember when he first played it for me, and I started to cry because... he writes these things—they come out of I don’t know—and they’re like beautiful gifts,” she said.

The latest round of rumors are hardly the only ones the couple have dealt with during their relationship, with a large batch surfacing recently, ever since a report last fall which contended they hadn’t seen each other in nearly two months.

At the time, it was reported that the time apart was a big deal because the pair had previously maintained that they never spent more than five days apart at a time, despite having two very busy careers.

“You have to wonder if there are fresh problems in their marriage, especially as they always make a big noise about how they hate spending time apart,” a source said at the time. “There have been plenty of opportunities for them to be together lately and they certainly haven’t been rushing into each other’s arms.”

The two have since been seen together for multiple events, with the exception being the Grammys and the BAFTAs in February. Kidman was nominated for a BAFTA for her role in the movie “Lion,” while Urban was up for multiple Grammys. Both awards shows were scheduled for the same night in different countries, forcing the couple to be apart. They tackled the potential split rumors that could have been written early-on by addressing that they would be apart that night in other interviews.

Prior to the rumors that seemed to consistently ambush the couple the last few months, other reports also indicated they were headed for a split for various reasons. Among ones that were mentioned and later proven false when they didn’t split included ones where Urban was allegedly upset with his wife for skipping out on his father’s funeral in December 2015, as well as ones earlier that year that claimed he had cheated with Kelsea Ballerini while on tour.

Kidman has also been the subject of cheating rumors as well, with two reports claiming last year that she had an affair with her “Beguiled” and “The Killing of A Sacred Deer” co-star Colin Farrell. Those were also proven to be untrue.
