Nokia is rumored to launch a flagship smartphone this coming June and the handset is said to come in two sizes. One thing that both models will share, however, is the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 processor.

Nokia may have already introduced two brand new Android smartphones at the Mobile World Congress last month, but those handsets only came with mid-range specs. Leaks have suggested that the company’s flagship smartphone this year will be called the Nokia 8.

The Nokia 8 is said to come with two variants, one with a smaller display and another with a bigger one. Unfortunately, there’s no information on the exact sizes of the smartphone models.

The smaller model is said to come with a $580 price tag, while the bigger Nokia 8 might carry a $650 price tag, Android Guys reported citing Chinese website MyDrivers. HMD Global Oy, the current owner of the Nokia brand, is expected to be using metal unibodies for both variants of the Nokia 8.

As for specs, the two variants of the Nokia 8 will be powered by the Snapdragon 835 SoC, the same chipset that’s expected to be on Samsung’s Galaxy S8. It’s been previously reported that Samsung was able to hoard the first shipments of the Snapdragon 835. This has led to speculations that other OEMs, including Nokia, won’t be able to launch products with the same chipset until May or early June.

Aside from the Snapdragon 835, both models of the Nokia 8 are also expected to come with 4GB or 6GB of RAM. However, one of the variants will have a dual-camera setup, while the other will have to settle for a single camera. Despite having different camera setups, both are said to come with at least 23MP resolution sensors, according to GSM Arena.

All of these information should be taken with a healthy dose of skepticism as none of them have been confirmed just yet.
