A 19-year-old man playing with a remote control helicopter in Brooklyn, N.Y., died on Wednesday after the he lost control of the toy and sliced off the top of his head, reports WNBC. The teen was at the park with his father.

According to authorities the teen didn't survive the incident. He was flying the toy helicopter in Calvert Vaux Park. An official said he also sheared off a part of his shoulder.
