President Obama on Tuesday made a surprise call to Outgoing Virginia Governor Tim Kaine's talk show.

Kaine was taking calls during his final appearance on his Ask the Governor program when a producer announced that there was a call from Barry in DC.

Obama starts the conversation jokingly complaining of the traffic situation in the Washington region.
