President-elect Barack Obama said Sunday that the search for the future White House dog he promised to Sasha and Malia is nearly over after considering many options.

According to reports, Obama has deciding on wither a Labradoodle or a Portuguese water hound. He would like a medium sized dog.

Obama was also reported on commenting that the search for a dog has been tougher than that of commerce secretary.
