‘Orphan Black’
Is Art (Kevin Hanchard) in danger of being killed off in “Orphan Black” Season 5? BBC America

“Orphan Black” Season 5 is expected to wrap up with an explosive ending next week.

In episode 8, Mrs. S (Maria Doyle Kennedy) was shockingly killed by Ferdinand (James Frain). By the looks of it, another character will be killed off in the upcoming series finale. In the teaser released by BBC America for “To Right the Wrongs of Many,” photos of all the Leda clones are shown, starting with Sarah Manning (Tatiana Maslany).

Other than the photos of Sarah and her sisters, snaps of Kira (Skyler Wexler), Donnie (Kristian Bruun), Felix (Jordan Gavaris) and Art (Kevin Hanchard) were also released. The clip seems to hint that one of the characters will not make it until the end.

Meanwhile, episode 10 will also center on Helena (Maslany) taking shelter behind enemy lines. In the previous episode, Helena struggled immensely after being kidnapped. The character was already close to giving birth when she was tormented by P.T. Westmoreland (Stephen McHattie). Luckily, Sarah managed to track down Helena with the help of Kira just before she gave birth to her babies.

Prior to Sarah’s arrival, Helena was already convinced that her babies deserve to have a better life. This means that Helena may choose to cut ties with them. But thankfully, Helena woke up with Sarah calling her name and reminding her that she deserves to have a beautiful life with her children.

Elsewhere in episode 10, Sarah and Art will continue to struggle to protect Helena and her babies. The partners want to put an end to siege once and for all. However, their enemies pose a huge threat to this goal. Sarah and Art will get into big trouble, and it is possible that one of them will not make it out alive.

In other news, Maslany and “Orphan Black” creators John Fawcett and Graeme Manson previously announced that the series will say goodbye after five seasons. The co-creators released a statement via TV Line, saying, “We are excited to deliver and epic conclusion to the tale of Sarah and her clone sisters.”

“Orphan Black” Season 5, episode 10 will air on BBC America on Aug. 12 at 10 p.m. EDT.
