At least one bomb went off outside the offices of Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg and serveral other government building earlier Friday, shattering windows and sparking momentary chaos. The blast occurred around noon on Friday and injured several people.

The prime minister was unharmed. Conflicting reports of a second blast in central Oslo came within an hour of the first, according to Norwegian state broadcaster NRK, though no confirmation has been made.

CNN is reporting a state of confusion in the city, as roads in the city center have been blocked off. It's complete chaso here. The windows are blown out in all the buildings close by, according to one reporter on the scene.

Eight people so far have been injured, though that number is expected to rise, and there is still no word on deaths. So far, no one has claimed responsibility.
