Three teams won their 10th game of the 2014 NFL season in Week 14, and the Green Bay Packers (9-3) have the opportunity to do the same on “Monday Night Football.” They’ll host the Atlanta Falcons (5-7), who are trying to pull off the biggest upset of the year.

Green Bay needs a win to keep sole possession of first place, following Sunday’s games. The Detroit Lions won their ninth contest of the season, and their Week 3 win over the Packers gives them the current tiebreaker in the NFC North. The Philadelphia Eagles had been tied with Green Bay and the Arizona Cardinals for the best record in the conference, but their loss to the Seattle Seahawks drops them to the No.3 seed.

Atlanta is also looking for a one-game lead in their division. The New Orleans Saints suffered the worst loss of Week 14, losing by 31 points and dropping to 5-8. The Falcons beat the Saints in their only meeting this year.

Even though they are atop the NFC South, the oddsmakers and the betting public haven’t given the Falcons much of a chance to win on Monday night. Atlanta opened as an 11-point underdog, and the betting line climbed all the way to 13 points by Sunday night.

The Packers have been projected to get a lot of big wins this season, and they’ve mostly delivered. Four of their six home wins have come by at least 21 points, and their Week 2 win over the New York Jets was the only game at Lambeau Field in which Green Bay failed to cover the spread.

The Falcons are under .500, but they’ve played much better of late. They’ve won three out of four games, with their only loss in that span coming by two points. Atlanta is 4-1 against the spread in their last five games.
