The father and brother of one of the Paris suicide attackers have been arrested, Agence France-Presse reported Saturday night, European time. The news follows a report from Belgium's justice minister that several arrests were made in Brussels in relation to the attacks.

The attack prompted a swift response from authorities. French President François Hollande announced a state of emergency Friday, tightening the borders and mobilizing the military. "This is an attack not just on Paris. It's an attack not just on the people of France. But this is an attack on all of humanity and the universal values we share," he said.
