Paris Hilton is proving if you can’t beat 'em, join 'em. The Italian lingerie/swimwear company Le Bonitas is dropping the lawsuit against the Hilton heiress and now the model is going into business with her ex-nemesis, TMZ reported on Wednesday.

The 32-year-old was sued because she procrastinated to approve underwear the company designed for her and then deserted the deal entirely.

The fashion company was claiming $200,000 in losses, but then Hilton fired back and sued for $1.5 million in royalties, celebrity blogger Perez Hilton reported.

Fortunately for the Italian brand, they won’t have to fork over any money to the famous heiress -- they struck a deal on Monday.

According to the new terms of the deal, both parties will be launching a new lingerie line together and could yield up to $1 billion in sales.

The former reality star was recently spotted leaving a local Los Angeles deli wearing a cute powder blue dress. Ever since her reality show “The World According To Paris” failed on Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network, she’s trickled off Hollywood’s radar.

Since then she’s been traveling the world, according to the UK’s Daily Mail, to promote her perfume line and even a new line sunglasses in Shanghai and an accessory store in the Muslim Holy City of Mecca, which caused some controversy on social media.

The socialite also began dating Spanish model River Viiperi, who is 11 years her junior. Hilton is known to promote their relationship on Twitter.
