"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Phaedra Parks may soon be living the single life again.

According to a new report from RumorFix.com, Parks has separated from her husband of four years, Apollo Nida. Nida ran into serious legal trouble in January, being arrested and charged for fraud and identity theft. Nida currently remains on house arrest ahead of his trial for the charges. Phaedra has also experienced a slight fallout from her husband’s legal troubles, with the lawyer reportedly attempting to clear herself of any charges in connection to Nida’s case.

As we reported earlier, the couple was last photographed together in New York City on Jan. 20. They were pictured backstage with RHOA cast mates Kandi Burris and Peter Thomas after attending the Broadway play “Newsical,” which stars Burris. Parks even retweeted the photo.

Just four days after that picture was taken, Nida appeared in U.S. District Court in Atlanta, facing charges for bank fraud and identity theft. Nida was released on a pretrial bond of $25,000. Since his arrest, Parks’ social media feeds have been glaringly absent of any photos with her husband.

While Nida is scheduled to return to court for his federal trial on Tuesday, Parks has been busy with a book tour for her advice guide, "Secrets of a Southern Belle." The book was released last year, and the timing of the tour has left many speculating about the state of the pair’s marriage.

Neither Nida's nor Parks' camps have commented on the divorce rumors.
