Whether its title characters were fighting a mummy or climbing the Eiffel Tower, “Phineas and Ferb” quickly became a beloved children’s show that most adults could tolerate -- and even enjoy. Now, after 126 episodes, the 104 days of summer vacation will officially end for Phineas, Ferb, Perry the Platypus and evildoer Dr. Hans Doofenshmirtz. To send off the show, which won three Emmy Awards, Disney XD revealed it would hold a 73-hour marathon, with the final episode, aptly titled “Last Day of Summer,” airing Friday at 9 p.m. EDT.

But don’t be too sad. A special that centers on Perry and his animal cohorts, "The O.W.C.A. Files," will premiere in the fall. After that, a new series that features Mikey, who we now know is the "fictional great-great-great-great-grandson" of the namesake of Murphy's Law, will premiere in 2017, Cinema Blend wrote.

To help say goodbye to the fun and creative cartoon, which contains schemes like erecting the tallest building in the world and finding the lost city of Atlantis, some clips from the best episodes are listed below:

Let’s start with the theme song:
