Seattle superhero Phoenix Jones was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with assault after allegedly attacking people with pepper spray.

The short of it: He says the people he pepper-sprayed were fighting. The Seattle police say the victims were dancing.

To prove his point, Jones posted a video to his Facebook fan page at 10:11 a.m. Tuesday. As of Tuesday evening, it had garnered 105 likes, 85 comments and 60 shares.
