Actor Wyatt Knight, the bad boy in the Porky's trilogy, has been found dead outside his home in Maui, Hawaii.
Silvina Knight, his wife, confirmed reports that the 56-year-old took his own life.
In a statement provided to TheWrap, Silvina Knight said that the actor had a bone marrow transplant for stage 4 non-Hodgkins lymphoma in 2003, which led to a difficult recovery process.
He was tired of the pain, and after much contemplation, chose to end his life in a beautiful and a serene place, Silvina Knight said in a statement. His family and friends are devastated. He was deeply loved by all who knew him and will be missed every day.
Paying tribute to the actor, she adds, Wyatt was an incredibly talented, intelligent and loving person with an amazing spirit. He is free and at peace.
