Gainers

Pozen Inc. (POZN) stock jumped 54 percent to $3.85 in the after-market trading. The company said it agreed to sell its U.S. royalty payments rights for its migraine drug MT 400 to Canada-based pension fund CPPIB Credit Investments Inc. As part of the deal, the company said it received $75 million and will also get a 20 percent interest in any royalties obtained by CPPIB Credit Investments from April 1, 2018. MT 400 is Pozen's sumatriptan/naproxen sodium product which incorporates its MT 400 technology, and includes the migraine drug Treximet. It refers to proprietary combinations of a triptan and a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). In 2003, Pozen entered into an agreement with GlaxoSmithKline Plc (GSK) for the development and commercialization of proprietary combinations of a triptan and a long-acting NSAID. Treximet was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in April 2008 for the acute treatment of migraine attacks, with or without aura, in adults.

Andatee China Marine Fuel Services Corp. (AMCF) stock grew 7.56 percent to $3.70 in the after-market trading. The company confirmed that it has received notice from its chief executive officer and majority shareholder An Fengbin of his intention to launch a tender offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Andatee that he does not already own at a price of $4.21 per share in cash, subject to financing, due diligence and other conditions. The Board of Directors has established a Special Committee to consider the offer. The Special Committee will consider and take a position with respect to the offer in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Andatee shareholders are advised to take no action with respect to the offer until they have been advised of the company's position. The Special Committee has retained Morris James LLP as its legal counsel.

Power-One Inc. (PWER) stock gained 5.78 percent to $4.76 in the after-market trading. The shares regained after it closed Wednesday's regular trading down 5.06 percent at $4.50.

Cirrus Logic Inc. (CRUS) stock increased 5.07 percent to $15.12 in the after-market trading. The shares regained after it closed Wednesday's regular trading down 5.08 percent at $14.39.

Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SPPI) stock rose 4 percent to $13.25 in the after-market trading. The shares regained after it closed Wednesday's regular trading down 3.70 percent to $12.74.

Losers

BGC Partners, Inc. (BGCP) stock declined 2.42 percent to $5.65 in the after-market trading. The shares closed Wednesday's regular trading down 0.52 percent at $5.79.

Jack Henry & Associates Inc. (JKHY) stock decreased 2.39 percent to $29.81 in the after-market trading. The shares closed Wednesday's regular trading down 2.74 percent at $30.54.

Perion Network Ltd (PERI) stock declined 1.86 percent to $3.5921 in the after-market trading. The shares closed Wednesday's regular trading up 1.39 percent at $3.66.

Alaska Communications Systems Group Inc. (ALSK) stock decreased 1.69 percent to $5.22 in the after-market trading. The shares closed Wednesday's regular trading up 5.99 percent at $5.31.

Dendreon Corp. (DNDN) stock moved down 1.03 percent to $7.71 in the after-market trading. The shares closed Wednesday's regular trading down 6.71 percent at $7.79.
