The top after-market NYSE gainers are: ING Group, Zale Corp, Acco Brands, Dycom and E-House. The top after-market NYSE losers are: Jinko Solar, Collective Brands, Trina Solar, Republic Services and Accretive Health.

Gainers:

Shares of ING Group, N.V. (NYSE:ING) soared 13.64 percent, or 93 cents, to $7.75 on a volume of 17, 290 shares.

Zale Corp. (NYSE:ZLC) shares have climbed 10.96 percent, or 39 cents, to $3.95 after the jewelry retailer reported a narrower loss for its first quarter on higher revenues. Quarterly net loss narrowed to $31.9 million or 99 cents per share from $97.9 million or $3.05 per share a year ago. Revenues grew 7.3 percent to $350.98 million.

Shares of Acco Brands Corp. (NYSE:ABD) rose 5.97 percent, or 54 cents, to $9.50. On Nov. 17, it agreed to merge with MeadWestvaco's Consumer & Office Products business in $860 million deal.

Dycom Industries, Inc. (NYSE:DY) shares advanced 3.79 percent, or 73 cents, to $20 after it reported better-than-expected first quarter profit. Quarterly net income rose to $13.0 million or 38 cents a share from $6.7 million or 18 cents a share in the year ago quarter. Wall Street analysts expected the company to earn 30 cents a share, according to analysts polled by Thomson Reuters.

Shares of E-House (China) Holdings Ltd. (NYSE:EJ) increased 3.7 percent, or 24 cents, to $6.65.

Losers:

Shares of Jinko Solar Holding Co. Ltd. (NYSE:JKS) plunged 12.28 percent, or 70 cents, to $5 after it guided fourth-quarter revenues below Street view and provided sequentially lower shipment outlook. For the fourth quarter, the company expects module shipments at 180-210 megawatt (MW), down from 257.7 MW in the third quarter. The company expects fourth-quarter revenue at $180 million to $210 million, below analysts' consensus expectation of $221.7 million.

Collective Brands, Inc. (NYSE:PSS) shares slipped 8.76 percent, or $1.20, to $12.50 after it fell to a loss in the third quarter. Quarterly net loss was $114.3 million, or $1.91 per share, compared with a profit of $47.6 million, or 75 cents per share, in the same quarter last year.

Shares of Trina Solar Ltd. (NYSE:TSL) dropped 6.10 percent, or 38 cents, to $5.85 after it fell to a loss in the third quarter. The company also cut its full year 2011 PV module shipment to approximately 1.4 GW, from its previous guidance of 1.75 GW to 1.8 GW.

Republic Services, Inc. (NYSE:RSG) shares fell 5.12 percent, or $1.34, to $24.81 on a volume of 12,016 shares.

Shares of Accretive Health, Inc. (NYSE:AH) declined 4.98 percent, or $1.18, to $22.51.
