Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. (GMCR) stock rallied 23.14 percent to $35.65 in pre-market trading. Its fourth quarter net profit surged to $91.89 million or $0.58 per share from $75.37 million or $0.47 per share in the same period last year. The company also raised its fiscal 2013 adjusted earnings outlook to a range of $2.64 to $2.74 per share from its prior estimate of $2.55 to $2.65 per share and above the analysts’ estimate of $2.51 per share.

Knight Capital Group Inc. (KCG) stock climbed 6.73 percent to $3.17 in pre-market trading. Knight Capital shares rallied more than 10 percent week on speculation that it would be acquired. The company stock was upgraded to a “market perform” rating from an “underperform” rating at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods.

Costco Wholesale Corp. (COST) stock surged 4.65 percent to $101.00 in pre-market trading. Its net sales for the month of November increased 9 percent to $8.15 billion compared to that in the same period last year. The company also announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend on Costco common stock of $7.00 per share, payable December 18, to shareholders of record as of the close of business Dec. 10, 2012.

Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. (FCX) stock gained 1.84 percent to $39.20 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $31.08, a 52-week high of $48.96 and $36.54 billion in market capitalization.

Groupon Inc. (GRPN) stock gained 2.53 percent to $4.06 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $2.60, a 52-week high of $25.84 and $2.60 billion in market capitalization.

Dynavax Technologies Corp. (DVAX) stock tumbled 16.52 percent to $2.35 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $2.22, a 52-week high of $5.34 and $503.06 million in market capitalization.

Weatherford International Ltd. (WFT) stock plunged 9.20 percent to $8.88 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $8.84, a 52-week high of $18.33 and $7.43 billion in market capitalization.

Deutsche Bank AG (DB) stock declined 1.43 percent to $42.81 in pre-market trading. Germany’s largest lender was sued by a trustee over the claims that some securities sold by a unit of the bank were backed by home-mortgage loans taken out by fraudulent borrowers, Bloomberg has reported.
