Office Depot Inc, BioLineRX Ltd, Cliffs Natural Resources, Express Scripts Holding, Vodafone Group, Micron Technology, Covidien Plc, BP Plc and Cree Inc. are among the companies whose shares are moving in pre-market trading Tuesday.

Office Depot Inc. (NYSE:ODP) stock climbed 8.93 percent to $5.00 in pre-market trading. Office Depot is in advanced talks to merge with smaller rival OfficeMax Inc and a deal could come as early as this week, Reuters reported citing a person familiar with the matter.

BioLineRX Ltd. (NASDAQ:BLRX) stock surged 3.56 percent to $4.08 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $2.20, a 52-week high of $5.10 and $85.17 million in market capitalization.

Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE:CLF) stock surged 3.29 percent to $29.80 in pre-market trading. Shares of Cliffs Natural Resources tumbled more than 20 percent last week after the company announced the share offering and slashed its dividend.

Express Scripts Holding Co. (NASDAQ:ESRX) stock gained 2.56 percent to $56.99 in pre-market trading. The company reported the fourth quarter net profit of $504.1 million or $0.61 per share, up from $290.4 million or $0.59 per share in the same period last year. Adjusted net profit was $1.05 per share compared to $0.82 per share last year and also topped Reuters estimation of $1.04 per share.

Vodafone Group Plc. (NASDAQ:VOD) stock plunged 2.74 percent to $25.24 in pre-market trading. BAE Systems Plc and Vodafone Monday announced the formation of a strategic five-year partnership to provide businesses with a range of advanced communications security products and services, initially focused on smartphones and tablets.

Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ:MU) stock plunged 1.77 percent to $7.77 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $5.16, a 52-week high of $9.16 and $8.08 billion in market capitalization.

Covidien Plc. (NYSE:COV) stock declined 1.62 percent to $62.59 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $50.25, a 52-week high of $63.89 and $30.03 billion in market capitalization.

BP Plc. (NYSE:BP) stock fell 1.14 percent to $41.47 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $36.25, a 52-week high of $48.34 and $133.95 billion in market capitalization.
