QUALCOMM, Tata Motors, Siemens, Whiting Petroleum, Universal Display, AudioCodes, Banco Santander, Whole Foods Market and UBS AG are among the companies whose shares are moving in pre-market trading Thursday.

QUALCOMM, Inc. (QCOM) stock climbed 7.33 percent to $62.38 in pre-market trading. The company reported the fourth quarter adjusted net income of $1.55 billion or $0.89 per share, up from $1.37 billion or $0.80 per share in the same period last year and also topped Reuters’ estimate of $0.82 per share. QUALCOMM also expects the first quarter adjusted net profit to be in a range of $1.08 to $1.16 per share on revenues of $5.6 to $6.1 billion, above analysts’ estimate of a net profit of $1.00 per share on revenue of $5.29 billion.

Tata Motors Ltd. (TTM) stock surged 6.16 percent to $26.01 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $14.86, a 52-week high of $30.63 and $78.15 billion in market capitalization.

Whiting Petroleum Corp. (WLL) stock surged 5.38 percent to $44.30 in pre-market trading. The company stock was reiterated with a “buy” rating at Jefferies Group Tuesday.

Siemens AG (SI) stock surged 2.94 percent to $104.31 in pre-market trading. The company announced that it had acquired LMS International NV, provider of test and mechatronic simulation for complex products, for an approximate amount of 680 million euros.

Universal Display Corp. (PANL) stock tumbled 26.19 percent to $20.80 in pre-market trading. The company swung to the third quarter net loss of $5.47 million or $0.12 per share compared to net income of $5.99 million or $0.12 per share in the same period last year. Universal Display also cut its full-year revenue guidance to a range of $80 to $82 million from its prior estimate of $90 to $110 million and also fell short of analysts’ estimate of $99.79 million revenue.

AudioCodes Ltd. (AUDC) stock plunged 3.45 percent to $2.52 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $1.20, a 52-week high of $4.25 and $105.87 million in market capitalization.

Banco Santander, S.A. (SAN) stock declined 1.96 percent to $6.99 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $4.88, a 52-week high of $8.85 and $67.27 billion in market capitalization.

Whole Foods Market Inc. (WFM) stock fell 1.49 percent to $94.50 in pre-market trading. The company reported the fourth quarter net profit of $112.73 million or $0.60 per share, up from $75.48 million or $0.42 per share in the same period last year. Adjusted net profit was $0.56 per share, below analysts’ estimate of $0.60 per share.

UBS AG (UBS) stock declined 1.17 percent to $15.20 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $9.78, a 52-week high of $15.77 and $57.61 billion in market capitalization.
