The company expects fourth quarter adjusted earnings of 48 cents to 52 cents a share and revenue of $49 million to $51 million. Interactive Intelligence expects fiscal 2010 adjusted earnings of $1.34 to $1.38 a share and revenue of $164.7 million to $166.7 million. Shares of Apollo Group Inc. (APOL) surged 8.51 percent to $39 in the pre-market trading. The company's first quarter adjusted earnings from continuing operations were $238.9 million or $1.63 a share, up from $229 million or $1.47 a share last year. Revenue rose to $1.32 billion from $1.26 billion. Analysts had expected profit of $1.35 a share on revenue of $1.26 billion.

Sears Holdings Corp. (SHLD) stock jumped 8.24 percent to $76.42 in the pre-market session, following its higher-than-expected fourth quarter earnings guidance. The company expects fourth quarter adjusted profit of $3.39 to $4.12 a share, while analysts project $3.09 a share. The company also anticipates full year profit of $1.16 to $1.88 a share, while analysts expect $0.91 a share. The company plans to release financial results for the fourth quarter and full year on or about February 24.

Shares of Telular Corp. (WRLS) gained 6.26 percent to $7.47 in the pre-market trading, following its acquisition of SMARTank line of business of SMARTLogix, Inc. The company lifted its guidance of fiscal 2011 net income before non-cash items to range of $8.5 million to $9.5 million from previous target of $8.0 million to $9.0 million.

ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. (CKSW) stock lost 14.64 percent to $7.99 in the pre-market trading, following its cut to fourth quarter revenue guidance. The company lowered its fourth quarter revenue outlook to about $18 million from previous forecast of above $20 million, while analysts expect $19.7 million. The company also reduced its full year revenue outlook to about $70.5 million from previous forecast of above $72.5 million, while analysts project $85.65 million.

Shares of Tuesday Morning Corp. (TUES) tumbled 7.52 percent to $4.92 in the pre-market session, following a 3.2 percent decline in second quarter comparable-store sales. Net sales decreased 3.6 percent to $279.3 million. Based on the second quarter sales results, the company currently expects earnings of 39 cents to 41 cents a share.

Glu Mobile Inc. (GLUU) stock declined 4.66 percent to $2.23 in the pre-market trading, following its pricing of public offering of 7.32 million common shares at $2.05 a share. The company expects to receive net proceeds of about $13.8 million from the sale of the common stock.
