President Obama will remove US troops from Iraq
In his inauguration speech, President Barack Obama said that he will remove troops from Iraq in a responsible manner.
Iraq's top spokesman told the Associated Press that his government is willing to see a U.S. troop withdrawal even before the agreed deadline at the end of 2011.
On Wednesday President Barack Obama will meet with top military commanders to discuss the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Obama promised during the campaign to bring home all U.S. combat troops within 16 months said he would consult with commanders first.
