Aria, Spencer, Emily and Hanna cannot catch a break on “Pretty Little Liars.” Episode 18 is titled “Oh, What Hard Luck Stories They All Hand Me,” and it seems perfectly fitting after the jaw dropping moments in episode 17.

No relationship was left untouched at the end of episode 17. Aria (Lucy Hale) finally came clean to Ezra (Ian Harding) about her college admittance letter to Talmadge. Ezra initially laughed it off, but then realized that his young girlfriend was right – he had robbed her of her high school experience and didn’t want to do the same for college. Although the pair didn’t officially break up, a split seems inevitable. Hanna (Ashley Benson) basically made Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) an accomplice to a murder they didn’t commit; and Toby (Keegan Allen) seemingly chose his job as a police officer over Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and his friends. Meanwhile, Emily (Shay Mitchell) was put in an awkward situation when her new co-worker, Talia (Miranda Rae Mayo), confessed that she was crushing on her.

But that wasn’t the only drama in the episode. The police found “A’s” storage locker with the mysterious barrel inside. Caleb managed to wipe Hanna’s name from the storage lease records, but the pair were still spotted at the scene by Detective Tanner (Roma Maffia) and Toby. “Pretty Little Liars” fans still don’t know if Mona’s (Janel Parrish) body is inside, but Tanner found drops of blood close by.

Episode 18 will find the girls growing closer to the new folks in town. Emily will be trying to “figure out” Talia, who keeps giving her mixed signals. Meanwhile, Spencer will spend more time with her new neighbor, Jonny (Will Bradley). But Rosewood is about to welcome another newcomer – an old friend of Mona’s named Lesli (Elizabeth McLaughlin). It’ll be up to Hanna to find out Lesli’s back story and see if she really is "who she says she is.”

Fans definitely won’t want to miss the return of Detective Holbrook (Sean Faris), who will be resurfacing after taking a mysterious leave of absence to “care for his father.” Is he truly Alison’s (Sasha Pieterse) accomplice? And will Tanner catch onto his sketchy behavior? Viewers will have to wait and see!

“Pretty Little Liars” Season 5, episode 18 will air on ABC Family on Tuesday, Feb. 3, at 8 p.m. EST. What do you think will happen? Tweet your thoughts to @AmandaTVScoop.
