Therapy will continue on this week's episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," but it appears one housewife will be noticeably absent. During episode 17 of Season 7 last week, NeNe Leakes stormed out of the ladies' therapy session after unsuccessfully discussing her issues with Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss and Claudia Jordan. NeNe said she felt Dr. Jeff Gardere was allowing the other women to attack her, which didn't strike her as fair. In episode 18, the session will continue without the 47-year-old. With new issues surfacing among other members of the group, however, it's unlikely viewers will see much resolution.

Previews of the episode show a new beef brewing among the Atlanta housewives. While airing out her grievances in a session with Dr. Jeff, Porsha Stewart, aka Porsha Williams, reveals an issue between her and Kandi. The Grammy Award winner, who has had a lot on her plate the last few episodes, is shocked to hear this, saying it's not an issue between the two of them, but rather something Porsha needs to deal with on her own. Meanwhile, outside the therapy sessions, one of the women will face a difficult decision about the future of her marriage, while another opens up about being overwhelmed by her career.

Here's what to expect from season 7, episode 18 of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta":

NeNe Refuses To Return To Therapy

Nene, who recently starred in "Cinderella" on Broadway, leaves therapy indefinitely, saying Dr. Jeff was wrong to allow the other women to gang up on her. Previews show NeNe collecting her keys from the valet and speeding off despite the doctor's pleas to return and work out her problems.

Porsha Defends NeNe's Actions To The Other Women

Although their relationship has had its ups and downs, Porsha is the first to come to NeNe's defense. As Kandi begins expressing how ridiculous she finds it that the actress was bothered by her, and Claudia and Cynthia also start voicing their opinions, Porsha chimes in. The radio personality suggests it was not so much what the ladies had to say as it was that NeNe felt her side of the story wasn't being represented.

A New Beef Brews Among The Cast

During her time to speak, Porsha tells Dr. Jeff there is an issue between her and Kandi that has yet to be discussed. She says she's not willing to make up until they discuss the problem, but Kandi is completely unaware of what Porsha's talking about.

"If you know we have an issue, and I don't know, then we don't have an issue: You have an issue," Kandi says.

One Of The Ladies Is Overwhelmed By Her Busy Career

Kenya Moore tells new pal Cynthia that she's been feeling stressed lately. According to the former Miss USA, her recent roles as writer, director, producer and star are quickly becoming two much.

As she shared in a previous episode, Kenya is hopeful that with the help of Roger Bobb she can create a successful situation comedy. However, it is unclear whether that show will ever appear on television.

Phaedra Parks Seeks A Divorce

Shortly after her husband Apollo Nida turned himself in to begin serving a prison sentence, Phaedra is seeking a divorce. The attorney/mortician is shown sitting down with a divorce lawyer, when she reveals that Apollo was not the changed man she believed him to be when they first got married.

"My husband's trying to attack me, I'm losing my sanity," she says during the episode.
