Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are seeking relationship advice from Stewart’s mother, RadarOnline.com wrote.

The “Twilight” actress’ mother, Jules Stewart, was allegedly devastated when she heard her daughter was cheating on Glamour UK’s 2012 “Sexiest Man,” the 26-year-old Pattinson. The 22-year-old actress had been having an affair with the married Rupert Sanders, director of “Snow White and the Huntsman.” Jules Stewart was reportedly distraught over the matter because she sees Pattinson as a son and she hopes that the couple can move forward.

A source told RadarOnline: "Jules is the glue that's keeping Kristen and Rob together. It ripped her heart in two when she saw those pictures of Kristen in a compromising situation with Rupert -- and she couldn't believe what her daughter had done. As far as Jules was concerned, Kristen's relationship with Robert was a match made in heaven and she adored him like he was her own son. At first, she struggled to understand why Kristen wanted to cheat on him."

Ever since they reportedly got back together, it has been rumored Pattinson has had serious "trust issues" with the brunette beauty.

The Province added that the couple is also getting couples’ counseling at $500 an hour.

Even though they are seeking professional help, Stewart’s mother is allegedly the strongest support system that the couple has right now.

RadarOnline's source said: "Kristen's young. and Jules knows mistakes will happen -- so she supported her daughter's efforts to win Robert back. She has been speaking with Robert, reiterating Kristen's pleas for another chance and is trying to help build up trust between the pair. It is early days -- but if this reconciliation can bring Robert and Kristen back together, they'll have Jules to thank."

It has been speculated that the two are just putting on a show for their fans right now to promote the last installment of the “Twilight” series, “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 2,” which opens in the U.S. on Nov. 16.
