Robin Thicke and Paula Patton have reached a custody arrangement for their 7-year-old son, Julian Fuego Thicke.

Seven months after the “Somewhere Between” actress filed for a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband, Thicke and Patton have agreed to sort things out. In the recently filed legal documents, it was stated that Julian will spend Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with his 40-year-old dad. Patton will take care of Julian from Wednesday to Friday throughout the school year.

In the summer, the “Blurred Lines” singer and Patton will alternate physical custody of their son on a “week on/week off schedule,” according to People. Julian is also expected to spend his weekends at his parents’ houses on an alternate basis. Fees for private school and other costs will be divided between Thicke and Patton.

Additionally, the estranged couple is also required to make all major decisions about their son together. This includes anything related to Julian’s health, education, medical care, enrichment activities, religion and more. The court documents also revealed that Julian will continue to go to therapy by himself, with one of his parents at a specific time, or with both of them, whenever necessary.

Earlier this year, Patton accused Thicke of physical abuse and cheating. At the time, Thicke’s lawyer, Angela Pierce di Donato, fired back at Patton regarding her strong allegations. “Paula never reported any domestic violence until she was in a position of contempt by violating the custody orders,” she said (via People).
