Apple on Wednesday said its Safari web browser issues are not fixed through downloading its oftware update on its website.

Its 4.02 updates features improve stability of the Nitro JavaScript engine and include the latest compatibility and security fixes.

The update is available via Mac OS X on http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1338?viewlocale=en_US and can be downloaded in http://support.apple.com/downloads/
