Sasmung Galaxy S7 Series
Samsung’s latest ad of Galaxy S7, starring Lil Wayne, is very cool. Samsung

It appears to be a season of brilliant ads with LG, HTC and Samsung competing with each other in showing off some of the coolest features specific to their respective flagships.

The latest ad from Samsung shows Lil Wayne pouring champagne over his Samsung Galaxy S7 in a convenience store. When he was about to empty the bottle, he asks the store owner where the champagne section is. Apparently, he wants another bottle of champagne to test the S7’s IP rating.

After emptying the champagne on the Galaxy S7, Wayne uses Samsung Pay from the same, totally wet handset to settle the bill in a jiffy. It is worth noting that, the Magnetic Secure Transmission service, associated with Samsung Pay, can apparently be used at any store terminal where a customer can swipe a credit card, Phone Arena reported.

Thanks to the IP 68 rating for water resistance, the Samsung Pay works just fine even though the device is drenched in champagne.

For those planning to purchase the Samsung Galaxy S7 in the U.S., the e-tailer New Egg is now offering the device for just $599.99. The original price of this smartphone is $799.99.

With this deal, potential buyers can save a cool $200. However, this offer is valid only for a limited period of time until April 9. Here is the link to order the brand new 32 GB Samsung Galaxy S7 in Black and Gold hues from New Egg.

The GSM factory unlocked Galaxy S7 comes with a 5.1-inch Super AMOLED display, 2,560 x 1,440 pixels resolution and Exynos 8890 processor. This device has a solid 4 GB of RAM onboard and it runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.

Other key Galaxy S7 configurations include a 12-megapixel main camera, 5-megapixel selfie-clicker, fingerprint scanner and a solid Li-Ion 3,000 mAh non-removable battery cell. This handset supports microSD card, NFC and 4G LTE.
