Scandal” Season 6, episode 7 saw Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) asking Huck (Guillermo Diaz) to kill her father, Rowan (Joe Morton).

In the previous episode, Olivia found out that Rowan assassinated Governor Frankie Vargas (Ricardo Chavira). Rowan also lied to Olivia when he told her that he doesn’t have anything to do with Frankie’s death. Now, Olivia wants Huck to kill her father, so that he can no longer cause harm. But Huck, who worked for Rowan years ago, decides not to do as he is told.

To make things worse, Huck decides to team up with Rowan, who tells him that there is a mole in the OPA. The two male characters goes on a search to find who the mole is, initially believing that it was Huck’s girlfriend, Meg (Phoebe Neidhardt). However, Meg plays them well and makes them believe that she has nothing to do with everything that’s been happening.

Later, Huck discovers that there is a microchip attached to Sandra (Tonya Pinkins). This convinces everyone that Sandra is the mole, but she had no idea that she had been put in such a position to track Rowan’s whereabouts.

Just when Huck and Olivia start to think that things have already been solved, a shocking twist takes place. As it turns out, Meg is not so innocent after all. When she finds out that her good friend, Jennifer (Chelsea Kurtz), is still alive, she puts a bullet on her chest and kills her. When Huck comes to their rescue, she shoots him three times.

In the flashforward, Meg can be seen talking to Abby (Darby Stanchfield) and telling her that everything has already been taken care of. This means that Abby is the one trying to destroy Olivia, Rowan and everyone else.
