SeeFile a developer of web server software, on Tuesday at the Macworld Expo and Conference in San Francisco unveiled new web server software that is compatible with Apple's OSX 10.5 Leopard operating system.

In his key note address, Paul Navitsky, Chief Executive Officer, SeeFile said seefile4 runs as server software on any OSX Mac, turning it into a live web server that provides a continuous view of all digital files on that hard disk.

SeeFile4 has several new features including one step installation with embedded postGress SQL database; support for DWF, flash and RAW files.

Full featured product will be available at $499 and customers can download a 30 day trial version, said Navitsky.

The new software combines the unique capabilities of Apple's Mac OSX software platform and Macintosh hardware to provide a simple tool for communication between creative pros in the print, photography and video communities.

The firm has expanded its activities onto a global scale and has established distribution centers in UK, Australia and France.
