Leaked naked photos of Nicole Snooki Polizzi flooded the Internet over the weekend, giving viewers an even more intimate look at the already overexposed reality star. Such personal photos could have been leaked by a disgruntled ex-boyfriend, but Emilio Masella insists that he is not behind the release.

Masella tells TMZ that he is not the culprit who leaked Snooki's naked photos and had not even seen them before the pics hit the web.

Emilio insists he wasn't on the receiving end of the pictures -- claiming it must have been a more recent flame based on Snooki's body, reported TMZ. Emilio didn't say what clues gave away the time frame.

I honestly don't care. I'm trying to get rid of trash in my life ... I'm done with her and moving on with my own career, Masella told the celebrity news website.

In the photos, Snooki poses seductively while taking self-portraits with her cell phones. In some of the shots she wears a white silk robe and in others she poses naked. The photos appear to have been taken in a hotel room, as room service trays can be seen strewn on the bed.

Snooki's rep confirmed to E! News that the photos are legitimate, telling the website, Clearly these are old and personal photos that were not meant for the public. It's a shame someone decided to leak them for obvious personal gain.

The pregnant Jersey Shore star has yet to comment, but this is not the first time she has been involved in a leaked photo scandal.

In April 2010, Snooki's first nude photo scandal occurred. RadarOnline.com first reported that several graphic nude photos of Snooki had been posted on the website nakedSnooki.com at the time. One such photo showed the reality star naked and posed on all-fours.

Snooki responded to these naked photo allegations, tweeting, Idk where radar online comes up with their stories ... weirdos. Adding, Like i said before about my supposed 'sex tape'...There are no nude pictures nor will there ever be. The tabloids just love snook gossip ;]

Snooki's spinoff series with fellow Jersey Shore album, Jenni Farley, called Snooki & JWoww, will premiere on MTV on June 21 at 10 p.m.
