Stephanie March’s divorce to Food Network star Bobby Flay is finalized and she’s ready to move forward with her life. The “Law & Order: SVU” star has a new man and reportedly is happier than ever.

Page Six reported March, 41, is dating hedge fund manager Daniel Benton. The two were spotted Tuesday at the Whitney Museum gala in New York City. Sources told Page Six March and Benton have been “very quietly dating” since October. Although they haven’t been together long, the two reportedly are “crazy about each other.”

The report said Benton is a Harvard MBA. Shortly after being named one of the highest-earning Wall Street execs in 2001, he launched his own company, Andor. A glance at his LinkedIn profile suggests he is still leading the company. As for his personal life, Benton previously was married to Anna Nikolayevsky.

March’s divorce was finalized in July. She and Flay spent months going back and forth before reaching an “amicable divorce settlement.” They released a joint statement to People magazine, telling the publication they were both excited to move forward after “this difficult time.” March and Flay, 51, sought privacy as they picked up the pieces after their divorce.

“We have come to an amicable divorce settlement,” Flay and March said at the time. “We look forward to putting this difficult time behind us and we ask that you respect our privacy as we move forward.”

Although March and Flay claim their agreement was “amicable,” the months leading up to the finalization of their divorce were far from it. In April, TMZ reported the actress was unhappy with being bought out of ownership of their shared Amagansett, New York, home. The property is reportedly valued at nearly to $8 million. Flay is said to have offered his then-estranged wife $1 million, along with a $50,000 stipend to remove her belongings from the home. Her lawyers said the offer was unrealistic.

In addition to disagreements about the division of assets, rumors have been swirling about potential infidelity. While Flay and March duked it out over their Long Island property, stories surfaced on several outlets claiming that the “Beat Bobby Flay” star had been having an affair with his former assistant, Elyse Tirrell. March’s representative addressed the rumors, telling E! Online she was “terribly upset” by the reports, which she was being blamed for starting. It was also believed Flay and “Mad Men” star January Jones had a fling during his marriage.

Neither March nor Benton has commented on their relationship. Page Six reported her reps declined to comment.
