Steve Phillips' mistress Brooke Hundley, 22 had filed a restraining order against him a day after she delivered a letter to the analyst's wife Marni.

Phillips worked as a baseball analyst for ESPN.

Hundley claims that Phillips bought her a strong drink and then cornered her trying to persuade her to come to his hotel suite to spend the night, according to celebrity's blogging site TMZ.com.

Hundley's scandal has led to a temporary suspension of Phillips from ESPN and also his wife filing for divorce last week.
