For many, Thanksgiving has two components: food and shopping. This year, some consumers might have to eat a little earlier if they want to be first in line at their favorite retailers, as the deals generally don’t start on Black Friday anymore. Plenty of stores will be opening their doors on Thursday, Nov. 27, and consumers will be lining up to get some of the best holiday sales for what some call Gray Thursday.

Although many retailers are not open on Thanksgiving Day 2014, including Costco, Home Depot, Nordstrom and BJ’s Wholesale Club, plenty of stores are planning to open their doors. While RadioShack will keep it stores open from 8 a.m. to midnight on Thanksgiving, the retailer will take a break from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Allowing the store to close for five hours is supposed to give their employees time to enjoy the holiday with their families, Bloomberg reports.

Many other stores are opening earlier than ever before. This year, Macy’s and Target decided to open two hours earlier at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving. Both retailers will stay open until late Friday evening, allowing consumers to shop for more than 24 hours straight if they want. Of course, that’s nothing compared to Kmart’s hours. Its stores will open at 6 a.m. and stay open for 42 hours.

Check out what stores will be open on Thanksgiving Day 2014 below, but keep in mind that some regions will have different store hours. Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Maine locations cannot legally open due to blue laws. Using the links provided, you can confirm that your local store has the same hours.
