Princess Charlene was a striking image at the 63rd Red Cross Ball held in Monte Carlo Aug. 5, 2011.

Dressed in a strapless silk Akris gown by designer Albert Kriemler, the 33-year old princess looked radiant as she stood besides her husband, Prince Albert II of Monaco.She paired her gown with a dazzling custom-made VanCleef & Arpels necklace.

Charlene has created a media buzz post her royal wedding and newspapers and tabloids are filled with columns analyzing her fashion sense. Her mother-in-law, being a fashion icon, the princess has great sartorial expectations to fill.

The royal has also previously expressed her anxiousness about finding her "fashion feet". But, with high fashion designers like Karl Lagerfeld and Giorgio Armani for guidance, the princess might not find it very difficult to make the right fashion choices.

In fact, Giorgio Armani, who designed the princess's wedding dress mentioned to Vogue UK that "Charlene is without a shadow of a doubt very beautiful...Dressing her is such a pleasure -- she knows how to wear my creations with the nonchalance and confidence of youth."
