"Supernatural" Season 11 Spoilers
Misha Collins, who portrays Cas on the hit CW series "Supernatural," gave fans a behind-the-scenes look of the Season 11 set. The CW

Misha Collins is looking a bit under the weather if you ask us! The “Supernatural” star recently posted a gruesome photo to his Twitter account from the set of the hit CW series. And we have to say, from the looks of the picture, luck definitely wont be on Cas’ side when the show returns with more Season 11 drama.

In the image, Collins shows off his battered face. With lesions splashed across his forehead, nose and chin it looks as though Collins’ character took a blender to the head. But in a behind-the-scenes video from the set, the “Supernatural” actor claims it’s just acne.

“Please pardon my blemishes,” Collins, who can be seen wearing a hard hat and protective goggles, says. “I forgot to put on any kind of cover up this morning — so, you can see my pimples.”

But we have a feeling Collins’ skin problem isn’t attributed to clogged pores. In the video, the actor can be seen standing in front of a yellow mountain sulfur.

“And we were told that it’s not toxic,” he says while touching the chemical. “Oh sorry, one of the guys is yelling at me.”

“Sir, you’re really not allowed to get that close to the sulfur,” Jared Padalecki, who is also decked out in construction gear, jokes.

Is it possible the sulfur could have been responsible for the sores on Collins’ face? According to the CDC, exposure to the mustard-colored chemical could lead to blistering of the skin. Or perhaps when Season 11 returns with episode 16, titled “Safe House,” on Wednesday, it will be revealed if Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino), who is using Cas as a vessel, may have something to do with Cas’ unfortunate skin condition.

“Supernatural” will return on Wednesday, March 23, at 9 p.m. EDT on the CW.
