The CW’s “Supernatural” is back! The Season 12 premiere saw Dean, Mary and Castiel try to rescue Sam who was kidnapped and tortured by a member of the British Men of Letters, Lady Toni. Meanwhile, Crowley hunted for Lucifer who was jumping from vessel to vessel. What will happen in episode 2?

The upcoming “Supernatural” episode, titled “Mamma Mia,” will show Mary (Samantha Smith), Castiel/Cas (Mishal Collins) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) finally locate Sam (Jared Padalecki) and try rescue him. They finally get a lead on where the British Men of Letters are torturing him and arrive at the destination.

Dean is still uncomfortable putting Mary’s life in danger during this rescue mission. But mama Winchester placates his fears and insists of going along. After all, she is one hell of a hunter.

The synopsis (via SpoilerTV) of Season 12, episode 2 states that Crowley (Mark A. Sheppard) will finally learn the location of Lucifer. He will also discover that the fallen angel has taken over the body of a rock star named Vince Vicente (Rick Springfield).

This is the first vessel that Lucifer is comfortable in. Season 12, episode 1 saw him jump from one body to another in search of the perfect one. Finally, he will feel like himself in this new form.

The promo of next week’s “Supernatural” episode teases the return of witch Rowena (Ruth Connell) and gives a glimpse into the fallen angel’s newest vessel.

Although it’s unclear if Sam will finally be rescued from the clutches of Lady Toni Bevell (Elizabeth Blackmore) in this episode, it is inevitable that the Winchesters will reunite soon and celebrate the long overdue family get together.

Don’t miss “Supernatural” Season 12, episode 2, premiering on Thursday, Oct. 20 at 9 p.m. EDT on The CW. The series has moved from Wednesday to Thursdays.
