Africa Survivor winner, Ethan Zohn, said in a video diary taped for PEOPLE that his cancer looks worse than they did before.

Zohn, 35, said he recently received some bad news from his doctor regarding his CAT scan showing there is now an activity in his lymph nodes.

The survivor was diagnosed with Hodgkin's disease last April.

In his video to PEOPLE he said, Hodgkin's is one of the most curable cancers out there, so you can imagine I was completely shocked, and floored, and speechless.
