  • Tarek El Moussa believes a "Flip or Flop" crew member leaked his dispute with Christina Haack to the press, a report says
  • He reportedly requested that "Flip or Flop" crew members be removed from his spinoff series
  • Other sources claimed he requested the crew change to keep his and Heather Rae Young's wedding plans under wraps

Tarek El Moussa will not let "Flip or Flop" crew members join the set of his spinoff show, a report has claimed.

El Moussa, 40, was not happy that his alleged dispute with ex-wife Christina Haack on the set of "Flip or Flop" last month leaked, TMZ reported.

Production sources told the outlet that as a result, his team recently went to the production company and requested that all crew members who were present the day he feuded with Haack be removed from the staff of his spinoff series "Flipping 101." His solo show is gearing up for its second season.

El Moussa was reportedly upset that the alleged freakout was leaked to the press and is seeking to avoid any further leaks. The production company, which also produces Haack's "Christina on the Coast," shifted some of the workers around to accommodate his demand, TMZ said.

However, an unnamed source close to El Moussa told the outlet that his request was more about wanting to work with a group that is excited for him and his fiancée, Heather Rae Young, and one they can trust not to leak their wedding plans.

Earlier this month, the couple announced that they had scrapped their original wedding plans and changed "everything." They decided to hire a new wedding planner, change their venue and send out new invitations.

In July, TMZ reported that El Moussa and Haack had a dispute on the set of their home renovation series. He allegedly lashed out at her because he didn't like the way she signaled to him that she and the crew were ready to film, the outlet said.

El Moussa allegedly went on a verbal tirade, telling Haack that he "made" her and referring to her as a "washed-up loser," according to TMZ. He also allegedly compared her to his current fiancée.

An unnamed insider told the outlet that tension between the exes had been building up after Haack admitted on Instagram to smoking toad venom, which she claimed "reset my brain and kicked out years of anxiety in 15 minutes." El Moussa was reportedly concerned about the safety of their children, daughter Taylor, 10, and son Brayden, 5.

The alleged altercation reportedly led to production splitting them up and having the former couple finish filming separately. They resumed filming together several days later.

A source later told People that El Moussa was "super remorseful" about his on-set dispute with his ex-wife.

Following the incident, Haack showed that she was "the boss" on the "Flip or Flop" set. She shared several videos on her Instagram Stories while they were filming without El Moussa. In one clip, she said, "Alright, well it's looking great, so since Tarek's not here I say we carry the tile all the way behind the vanity."

"All right, you're the boss," a crew member replied. She nodded saying, "I'm the boss," as she walked away.

In another video, Haack once again mentioned El Moussa's absence and said since he was not around to make any decisions on the Costa Mesa, California home they were renovating, then they would have to do it her way. "You're the boss," a crew member said.
