Tatiana Maslany might be the critics' favorite, but Emmy voters don’t feel the same. Maslany was snubbed in Thursday’s Emmy nominations announcement.

Fans are in a rage about the snub. After winning Critic’s Choice Award for Best Actress in a drama, Maslany was expected to at least be nominated for an Emmy. However, Maslany also won the Critic’s Choice and was snubbed by the Emmys in 2013.

Maslany played seven different characters in “Orphan Black” Season 2. Fans, who refer to themselves as the Clone Club, regularly joke that her portrayals should earn her seven separate nominations.

The characters are clones, but only their faces are identical. Aside from costumes and makeup, Maslany easily distinguishes the characters. She has developed different accents for each character and has distinct mannerisms for each woman. The show even introduced a transgender clone this year, allowing Maslany the opportunity to play a male. The actress has to act against herself onscreen often. The Season 2 finale put four clones in one room for the first time.

While Maslany was the expected nominee, "Orphan Black" as a show also did not receive any nominations in other categories.

The snub comes as a shock not only to fans but also to the network. Orphan Black’s official twitter seemed to be expecting a nomination for the leading actress.

The social media page graciously accepted the loss ...

... and then they joined fans in a rage.
