Taylor Swift seems to be getting on just fine after breaking up with DJ Calvin Harris. News of the couple’s split came June 1, after just over one year together.

TMZ now reports that Swift has packed up and moved to a massive rental home in the West Village neighborhood of Manhattan, New York. The “Out of the Woods” singer’s new digs boast five bedrooms spread across four floors. The home includes a basement, a two-story patio, indoor pool and access to a private garage. It is owned by SoHo House heir David Aldea, who is renting the property to Swift, 26, for a whopping $40,000 per month. While that may seem like a hefty price to pay, the multiplatinum recording artist — who Forbes estimates is worth around $250 million — will be living there only until renovations on her apartment in Tribeca are complete.

In addition to having a new place to call home post-breakup, Swift has some of the most supportive friends in the entertainment industry. On June 8, E! News caught up with Camila Cabello of Fifth Harmony during the 2016 CMT Awards. The pop star assured fans that Swift was doing just fine after cutting ties with Harris. Another of Swift’s close friends — country singer Kelsea Ballerini — later told Entertainment Tonight her gal pal was “a strong chick.”

“I’m sure she’s fine,” she said.

While friends have spoken out on her behalf, Swift has yet to make a statement of her own about her breakup with the “This is What You Came For” DJ. He did, however, take a moment to debunk rumors that their relationship ended on bad terms, tweeting that they had nothing but “love and respect” for one another. As was previously reported, the former lovebirds called it quits shortly after they celebrated their first anniversary in March.
