To say that it’s been a big year for Taylor Swift would be an understatement. The “Bad Blood” singer took home album of the year at the 2016 Grammy awards, has been hard at work on other projects and now she’s ready for a much deserved break.

Swift, 26, sat down with Vogue magazine to discuss a wide variety of topics ranging from her childhood to her career and dating life. During their chat she was asked about her plans for the future which — surprisingly — she has very few of. Swift told Vogue she has decided that after a decade of structure, it’s time for her to shift her focus inward. She fully intends to continue creating, but hopes that this impromptu sabbatical will be just the respite she needs to get her head back in the right space. She added that if something should come to her during her musical time out, she’d absolutely be willing to “jump back into the studio” and get started on her next album.

“This is the first time in 10 years that I haven’t known. I just decided that after the past year, with all of the unbelievable things that happened...I decided I was going to live my life a little bit without the pressure on myself to create something,” she said. “I’m always going to be writing songs.”

Although she’s technically taking a break, Swift’s team is still working tirelessly. On Wednesday her tour video for “New Romantics” hit Vevo — it has since amassed more than 1 million views. The video’s release to the new platform comes nearly one week after it was hosted on Apple Music. The “New Romantics” video, which is just over four minutes long, features footage of nearly sold out stadiums, Swift and her talented team of backup dancers wowing at various tour stops.

Perhaps Swift’s break from music will free her up to spend more time with boyfriend Calvin Harris. The pair, who have been together just over one year, are no strangers to public displays of affection when they are able to be together. Swift and Harris attended the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Awards together and made their love for one another no secret. The pop crooner took to the stage to accept her award for best tour. During her acceptance speech she thanked her “boyfriend Adam” for being “the most amazing person to come home to” after each and every show. The pair were later seen gazing lovingly at each other while Harris accepted his own award.
