Taylor Swift, 21, has called upon her lawyers in a battle against gossip Web site Celebrity Jihad over what it claims is a leaked private photo of the singer.

The photo in question features a young woman who shares the singer’s long, curly locks posing topless on a bed under the headline, Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?

The country singer's legal team is threatening to file a trademark-infringement lawsuit against Celebrity Jihad. Her legal representatives have fired off an angry letter to the site owners, alleging the blog features false pornographic images and false news about the singer.

Swift is the latest celebrity in a slew of private photo hacking scandals, following in the wake of a widespread phone and computer hacking raid that targeted Scarlett Johansson, Christina Aguilera and Mila Kunis, among others.

As her attorneys wage a legal battle to protect her wholesome image, Swift is busy with her career. The performer has been traveling across the U.S. promoting her fragrance Wonderstruck.

She unveiled the perfume last month and revealed it is named after the lyric I’m wonderstruck blushing all the way home from her song Enchanted. The multi-faceted musician has also been working on her fourth studio album.
