"Teen Mom 2" viewers got to see Jenelle Evans fail her drug test on Tuesday night’s episode.
The young mother has been the most troubled of the “Teen Mom 2” group, and in the newest episode Evans had to choose between spending 45 days in jail for failing her drug test or have her probation extended for another nine months.
In the first episode of season 3 it seemed Jenelle Evans was trying to get on the right track now that she had finished rehab and broken up with her troubled boyfriend Kieffer Delp.
Evans failed to get rid of some friends who had a negative influence on her and eventually succumbed to peer pressure.
The star tried to drink a “detox shake” so she could pass her drug test, but it was to no avail.
Evans crawled into her car crying and called her mother to tell her that she was going to get “violated” after failing her test.
"She's violating me on Friday and I don't know if I'm going to jail or not!"
The teen might have been confused by her parole officer telling her she was going to have to report her violation.
Evans met with her lawyer a few days after and that’s when the “Teen Mom 2” star learned she had a choice between 45 days in jail or staying on probation for nine months.
Evans was diagnosed as bipolar while in rehab and she has chosen to treat her mental illness with marijuana.
Smoking the drug has been Evans’ only way to deal with her anxiety and she can’t imagine not being able to smoke for another nine months.
After talking with her mother at the park it seems Evans is going to choose 45 days of jail time rather than having to stay drug-free for nine more months.
The episode ends with the teen mom being hysterical in the car saying to herself, “I’m such a f*ck up.”
Meanwhile, Chelsea Houska has been struggling to get back with the father of her child and in the newest episode he gave her a promise ring for her birthday.
According to Houska, a promise ring means "no cheating" and his "promise not to, like, leave me again."
After getting into a fight with her boss at the tanning salon, she quits and her father Randy is not happy to hear that she is back with Adam and unemployed.
Leah Messer is shown finalizing her divorce from ex-hubby Corey Simms, even though at the time she still wanted to be with him. She’s supiscious of his distance and after hacking into his email account she finds out that he’s talking to another woman.
Kailyn Lowry is single and lonely after breaking up with her boyfriend Jordan in hopes of getting back with the father of her son Isaac.
She soon finds out that he has no interest in being with her romantically and has started a new relationship with a model named Vee Torres.
With no one left to turn to, Lowry tries to get in contact with her mother, whom she hasn’t spoken to in six months.
After her mom never returned her call, she tried to dial her again to find out that her mom blocked her number.
With no one left to turn to Lowry calls up Jordan, and after a short meeting in the park the two decide to give their relationship another chance.
