Police in Los Angeles arrested Thomas Gibson on Sunday after busting the “Criminal Minds” actor for a DUI.

Officer Cleon Joseph told the Associated Press Gibson, 50, was arrested early Sunday after he drove through a barricade in downtown Los Angeles.

Police said the area was blocked off for a half-marathon. Gibson was told not to drive through the barricade but did so anyway. He was the stopped by police, who detected alcohol on his breath around 1:00 a.m. Sunday.

TMZ reported Gibson refused to take a breathalyzer and was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor DUI.

Gibson was booked and released on $15,000 bail.

Thomas Gibson, a Julliard-educated actor, is best known for his roles “Criminal Minds” and “Dharma and Greg.”
