Gainers

MediciNova, Inc. (NASDAQ:MNOV) shares climbed 8.05 percent to $3.22 in post-market trading. The stock rallied nearly 40 percent in regular trading after the company announced that it has received Fast Track designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for MN-166 (ibudilast) for the treatment of methamphetamine dependence.

Big 5 Sporting Goods Corp. (NASDAQ:BGFV) shares climbed 7.92 percent to $16.35 in post-market trading. The company reported fourth quarter net profit of $4 million or $0.19 per share compared to net loss of $9,000 or $0.00 per share in the same period last year.

ZAGG Inc. (NASDAQ:ZAGG) shares surged 5.61 percent to $7.90 in post-market trading. Its fourth quarter adjusted net profit rose to $20.9 million from $18.7 million in the same period last year. Revenue surged 30 percent to $87.5 million compared to $67.5 million last year.

Unilife Corp. (NASDAQ:UNIS) shares gained 4.91 percent to $2.78 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $2.01, a 52-week high of $5.17 and $226.25 million in market capitalization.

Caesars Entertainment Corp. (NASDAQ:CZR) shares gained 3.87 percent to $12.60 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $4.52, a 52-week high of $15.74 and $1.52 billion in market capitalization.

Losers

First Solar, Inc. (NASDAQ:FSLR) shares tumbled 11 percent to $27.91 in post-market trading. The company expects first quarter net profit to be in a range of $0.70 to $0.90 per share on revenues of $650 million to $750 million, below Reuters' estimate of a net profit of $0.94 per share on revenues of $828.95 million

Meru Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ:MERU) shares slumped 9.27 percent to $3.72 in post-market trading. The company announced Tuesday that it has commenced a public offering of its common stock.

Papa John's International, Inc. (NASDAQ:PZZA) shares plunged 8.21 percent to $52.00 in post-market trading. The company reported fourth quarter adjusted net profit of $14.56 million or $0.62 per share on adjusted revenues of $345.78 million, below analysts’ estimate of $0.76 per share on revenues of $348.31 million.

Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:QCOR) shares declined 5.79 percent to $30.77 in post-market trading. The company reported fourth quarter net profit of $62 million or $1.03 per share, up from $31.6 million or $0.48 per share in the same period last year.

Curis Inc. (NASDAQ:CRIS) shares fell 4.84 percent to $2.75 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $2.69, a 52-week high of $5.51 and $231.09 million in market capitalization.
