Gainers

Skilled Healthcare Group Inc. (SKH) shares climbed 14.55 percent to $6.30 in post-market trading.

VOC Energy Trust (VOC) shares climbed 8.64 percent to $19.87 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $17.65, a 52-week high of $24.85 and $312.29 million in market capitalization.

Oriental Financial Group Inc. (OFG) shares surged 5.27 percent to $10.53 in post-market trading. The company stock plunged more than 5 percent in regular trade.

Alon USA Energy Inc. (ALJ) shares rose 5.22 percent to $8.51 in post-market trading. The company stock plunged nearly 5 percent in regular trading.

Kindred Healthcare Inc. (KND) shares gained 3.94 percent to $9.75 in post-market trading after Sun Healthcare Group (SUNH) announced that it had signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of SUNH by Genesis HealthCare.

Losers

Red Hat Inc. (RHT) shares plunged 9.75 percent to $50.99 in post-market trading as its first quarter billings missed some analysts' estimation. Billings rose 16 percent to $310 million but fell short of some analysts' expectation of 18 percent gain.

Main Street Capital Corp. (MAIN) shares plunged 5.14 percent to $22.50 in post-market trading after declining more than 4 percent in regular trade.

VMware Inc. (VMW) shares fell 3.17 percent to $90.51 in post-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $74.69, a 52-week high of $118.79 and $39.93 million in market capitalization.

Apartment Investment & Management Co. (AIV) shares declined 2.95 percent to $26.95 in post-market trading. The company announced Wednesday that it had commenced a public offering of 11,041,934 shares of its common stock, consisting of 9,000,000 shares to be sold by Aimco and 2,041,934 shares to be sold by selling stockholders.

hhgregg Inc. (HGG) shares declined 2.51 percent to $10.80 in post-market trading. The company stock gained more than 3.5 percent in regular trading.
