Unlike President Obama, North Korea's Supreme Leader, Kim Jung-un, does not let underlings hold an umbrella for him. While inspecting a fishery owned by the North Korean Army on Saturday, Kim democratically held his own umbrella. Unfortunately, although his top aides were not obliged to keep the Supreme Leader dry, they did have to withstand their soaking wet uniforms and take notes diligently in the rain, People's Daily reported.
