Tennessee Titans tight end Chase Coffman was caught on video hitting a Baltimore Ravens assistant on the sidelines during last week’s game.

Based off the footage below that was obtained by Fox Sports reporter Jay Glazer, Coffman blindsides the unnamed Ravens assistant with a forearm to the head. The apparent cheap shot causes the assistant fall to the ground, but no further injury was reported.

According to Glazer, the Ravens were incensed about the incident, but the Titans evidently claimed the hit wasn’t intentional. Glazer also said the NFL fined Coffman $30,000.

The fine is the heaviest levied by the league since Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive tackle Da’Quan Bowers was suspended two games for violating the NFL’s performance-enhancing drug policy. According to Spotrac, the suspension cost Bowers two game checks worth more than $105,000.

Coffman, 28, entered the league in 2010 with the Cincinnati Bengals, then moved on to the Atlanta Falcons the last two seasons before signing with Tennessee this year. Used more as a blocking tight end, Coffman has tallied six receptions for 59 yards for his career.
