Warning: Do not be snacking on any food when the Season 5 premiere of “The Walking Dead” is shown Sunday night. AMC has released a video of the first four minutes of Episode 1 online, and the only word to describe the premiere is “disturbing.”

The video, released a day before the highly anticipated Episode 1 of Season 5, “No Sanctuary,” begins with something new for viewers: a word. The word “Then” flashes across the screen before a frightened man starts talking over horrifying screams of pain.

“We should have never put up the signs,” a man says aloud while a group sits inside what looks like a train car. “What the hell did we think was going to happen? We brought them here.”

Gareth (Andrew J. West), the Terminus leader who viewers met in Season 4, comes out of the shadows to tell the scared man that they were “trying to do something good.”

“We were being human beings,” Gareth says in an attempt to comfort him. However, the man isn’t buying what Gareth’s selling.

“What are we now, Gareth?” he asks.

The screen then cuts to the word “Now.” While Rick’s (Andrew Lincoln) group looked defeated in the Season 4 finale, they have since concocted a plan: Get out of that train car any way possible. Although they had been stripped of their weapons, the group all triggered their inner MacGyvers to survive. A broken belt became makeshift brass knuckles, and a torn-out zipper was turned into a saw to chisel through a piece of wood.

Unfortunately, all their planning was for nothing. Daryl (Norman Reedus), Michonne (Danai Gurira), Sasha (Sonequa Martin-Green) and the others were prepared to fight their captors when they entered, but the Terminus folks were one step ahead -- throwing a smoke bomb into the train car from the roof before grabbing their disoriented victims.

It’s when the group is pulled out of the train car that “Walking Dead” viewers see what is potentially the most disturbing scene in the history of the AMC series: a human being getting chopped into pieces with an electric tool. Next to the table full of instruments/weapons are three huge bins, labeled “Burn,” “Feed” and “Wash.” And it only gets worse! Watch the first four minutes of “The Walking Dead” Season 5 premiere below:

As previously reported, the Season 5 premiere of “The Walking Dead” will pick up directly after the shocking events that occurred in the Season 4 finale. Most of Rick’s group -- minus Beth, Carol, Tyreese and baby Judith -- were locked up in a train car at Terminus after seeking shelter at the supposed “sanctuary.” They were stripped of their weapons and rounded up like animals. However, Rick warned the others that the Terminus residents were “screwing with the wrong people.”

According to the synopsis, the survivors will be “outgunned, outnumbered and trapped in a train car awaiting a grim fate” when Season 5 kicks off. But the “true motives” of the Termites will be exposed, and “Walking Dead” viewers will get to see how their story connects to the “hopeful prospect of a cure in Washington, D.C.”
