Superstar Beyoncé opened up the 2014 Grammy Awards with her husband, Jay Z, singing “Drunk In Love” in a duet. The biggest night in music got off to an amazing start with the ultimate diva beginning her performance while ... sitting on a chair.

The Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday night were turned off as the 32-year-old made her way to the stage. For her super sexy performance Queen Bey rocked a wet-looking hairdo and seductively danced in the chair -- surely making that seat the envy of many. And it wasn’t long before Jay Z joined his wife on stage. The two coyly interacted together, smiling cutely. They ended the performance with a kiss and walked off with their arms around each other, as many people in the Staples Center rose to their feet.

Twitter couldn’t get enough of the 5:50-minute performance, and Beyoncé and Jay Z owned a majority of the trending topics in America on the social media site shorty after they took the stage for the duet.

Whether it was people saying no one would be able to top the performance or others tweeting that a performance doesn’t get more perfect than a Mr. and Mrs. Carter duo, the husband and wife seemed to receive generally positive reviews on the usually extra-critical Twitterverse.
